Mayor Stephens, as mentioned in a recent article in the Utica OD, is encouraging electric customers who have questions regarding the upcoming increase in electric rates from the NY Power Authority (NYPA) to contact Mike Huvane, Vice President of Marketing for NYPA at 914-390-8117 for an explanation on how this will affect the rate payer in the Village of Ilion.
Electric and Water customers can now pay their bills online using I-Connect.There are separate links and login for Water and Electric. Bills may be paid using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account. Charts & graphs showing past usage and billing amounts for your accounts is also available.
TO AVOID PAYING A PENALTY, instead of using your personal bank's online bill pay, we highly recommend paying your Electric & Water bills using I-Connect online payment system. You can also pay by e-check, debit or credit card. Payments are posted to your utility account on the next business day.
