§ 239-20.1 All-night parking.
A. November through March. All-night parking is hereby prohibited on all village-owned and -regulated streets, avenues, lanes, places and municipal-owned or -maintained parking lots within the Village of Ilion between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 31, unless otherwise regulated, posted or exempted by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ilion
B. April through October. All-night parking is hereby prohibited on all village-owned and -regulated streets, avenues, lanes, places and municipal-owned or -maintained parking lots within the Village of Ilion between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. from April 1 through October 31, unless otherwise regulated, posted or exempted by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ilion.
